Rich Rogers

Graduated from Bellefonte Area High School where he was a 3 year letter winner in each of the three sports he participated in: baseball, football and basketball.  After graduating high school, Rich continued his baseball career at the collegiate level as an infielder and pitcher at Juniata College.  Rich competed in baseball for over 25 years.  For the past 16 years Rich has coached Little League baseball and softball, Teener League baseball, youth basketball, junior high boys and girls basketball and varsity football.  Rich has been to the State Championship playoffs 5 times as a coach, including two State Runner up finishes.  Additionally, he has managed his team to 6 league titles including two consecutive undefeated seasons and a winning streak reaching 52 games over 4 years.

 

Scott “Booner”Smith

Graduated from Bellefonte Area High School where he participated in baseball, basketball and football.  Scott, more affectionately known as Booner, has enjoyed a long career in athletics at the highest level for most of his life including over 30 years in baseball and softball.  Over the past 20 years Scott has coached Little League baseball, Teener League baseball, youth basketball and junior high boys basketball.  As a coach, Booner has lead teams to the State Championship playoffs 4 times with one State title to his credit.  In addition, he has 7 league titles to his credit including two consecutive undefeated seasons and a winning streak reaching 52 games over 4 years.
